Will Hinder your credit and waste your time

Called this company around 10am this morning about a vehicle I found on Cars.Com. I had been speaking with the sales agent Ryan Larson all day regarding this vehicle. Primary waiting on them to provide photos and info about the vehicle. He had apparently been in communication with his Sales Manger Paul about our negotiations so management was well aware of my interest in the vehicle. I completed the application they sent me and provided all the documents they needed within minutes upon request.
Ryan apparently sent the application into his management around 4:09pm. Again had been talking with them all day. An hour goes by when I call in asking for Ryan the sales agent around 5:14p and am told he is with another client!! I tell the person its been over an hour and want to know whats going on with my app. I find out the person I'm speaking with is Paul the sales manager who tells me Ryan is the only person on the floor and they had 2 other people come in to look at vehicles and he needed to assist them and since they are in the office he will be handling their applications first and hasn't even finished looking into my app. Again it has been over an hour since he got my app. I tell him I understand but wish he could have told me this up front. I get a call at 630p(an hour and a half after they closed) to tell me that the vehicle i have been talking to them about is now pending with someone else because another agent had sold it to someone else. I was told just a couple hours prior that there were no other agents on the floor.
Not only did they sell the vehicle out from under me and lie to me about the reason why but also pulled my credit in the process and hindered my scores. Beware of this dealership. Their agents are deceitful liars who do not care about your business. I wasted my entire day with this company, lost opportunity to look at other vehicles and hindered my scores and have zero to show for it.

I searched the internet for a used Ram purchase and finally found one at Hoblit Chevy I was interested in. From my first contact with Blaine Aponte, the Internet Sales Manager, all the way through the purchase, which included a trade in, I couldn't have been treated better. All my questions were answered, all pricing was exceptionally fair, everything regarding the value of my trade in to the final purchase price was fully disclosed. I would highly recommend this dealership. Also, Zack in Finance didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want, just gave me options with detailed explanations. The drive was well worth it and gave me an enjoyable trip home driving my new Ram Laramie.

I spoke with sale person name Prince about buying this car on the phone back and forward then one of his managers jump in to my conversation about the price I want to pay his manager told me forget his name sorry , he asked me :are you going to make it to get the car ?
My answer is , if you willing to sale the price I want the n I go then he ask me again same question over and over ,last word he said come over and I said let me get my flight ticket first if I can get one , and he said see you tomorrow ,I said ok ! I text sale person told him got the plan ticket see you tomorrow ok .done deal $130 one way from Long Beach California to Sacramento California plus drive 1 hour to Where the car dealer long story make it short when I am arrived everything are twisted he will not sale to me for that price and he knew I told him I pay cash in full no finance , I’m so angry this people they charged all the stupid stories with me .
The car all wash and full details fill up the tank ready for they over estimated about me I buy return flight back home .
My highest recommendations to every one don’t go to this Dealer .
