We had to get the transmission replaced on our 2018
We had to get the transmission replaced on our 2018 Tahoe. Thankfully the cost was covered by the warranty because it was over $12,500. Julian Smith was our service guy and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, polite, compassionate, caring, helpful, kind and friendly. He called me several times to give me an update and also kept me informed about any other issues that arose that were not covered by the warranty. Julian explained everything in a way I could understand exactly what the problem was. He never pressured me to have any other work done, but he made sure I knew the pros and cons regarding my decisions. If I ever have any other issues that require dealer repairs I will most certainly be sure that I work with Julian.

Frank knocked it out the park as a salesman. Couldn't of had a more knowledgeable and overall great person to answer all my questions. After a test drive of. Couple I was ready to set up with my first new car. It was a awesome experience and Hedricks Chevrolet is top notch. Beginning to finish was as smooth as one could hope for. In a car purchase. Our dealership has been family owned and operated since 1944. We started as a small service station in downtown Clovis with only a handful of new and used vehicles for sale. In 1965 we moved to our current location on Shaw Ave and Freeway 168 still in Clovis. From the early Hallowell Chevrolet days to Hedrick's lots of things have changed except for our main goal:
