The worst experience of my life. Do NOT buy a car here. If you’re trying to get any communication from them after you buy your car, good luck. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I bought my car in the middle of November, when we first looked at it the interior was absolutely disgusting. Our sales lady was great and said she would get it cleaned up for me if we bought it. There was some damage to the interior we asked to be replaced and they still ordered the wrong parts and it took weeks to come in and then 5 hours to get done they also did an oil change and topped off all the fluids or so I thought. Had it shipped home in VA and have been driving it until one day it messes up, we check all the liquids and there was no transmission fluid which they said they filled. My transmission ended up messing up and I had to get it redone. I called to check and see if there was an extended warranty through the dealership and no response after calling, emailed Brian hillman the sales manager 3 separate times trying to figure out what warranty they had or if they even did offer any. There was NO response from him. I got in contact with the finance that told me he would see what he could do because the warranty they had was for 6,000 miles or 6 months and I had drove a little over 8,000. Once again NO response and I had even called to just check in to see. From my experience xxxxty communication skills, xxxxty cars and xxxxty workers. Never throw your money their way.
