VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. Can't handle questions

We bought from this dealer in the end, but we had a salesman named Robert and my daughter asked questions about the different prices at locations he got mad and acted very rude and disrespectful. He could have turned it into a great opportunity to say something like "we are a smaller dealership so while larger places can offer you cheaper prices we pride ourselves on our customer service. Along with this we assure you the best deals possible at our location." Instead we got told our service wasn't appreciated and treated poorly. We had a different person, Justin who was coming to fix the issue but by this time the damage was already done. Will NEVER spend another penny to be treated like trash or have my children treated like this.
