Worst car buying experience of my life.
Worst car buying experience of my life. We were there six and a half hours and only test drove one truck. The rest of the time was spent just waiting on monthly payment details. Not much negotiating done. Since it was “an internet price” they wouldn’t come down much. The salesman told us a good loan rate so we asked about payments. Half an hour later he said that’s not available but here’s another one. Half an hour later found out that was wrong too. There were several other people there all day with us and none of them were happy about it taking so long. In the end we bought the truck and signed all the paperwork online that night but I’ll never go back to Bale Chevrolet and will not recommend them to anyone.
