Other than my salesperson Harley, who was fantastic, everything was terrible. The management here is terrible. They were supposed to fill my vehicle up when they delivered the new vehicle to me and never did. Also, we had a written agreement on them installing a cable to the rear view mirror, and they completely disregarded that agreement. I promise you, whoever goes there, you'll see you're just a number and not a customer to them. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you want to be treated like a customer.

Went in to look at a Ram, found one, went through the financing to come to the final numbers and told the salesman, that payment would not work. He kept promising to give us $25/week to help with the payment. All was good so to speak for a few months until he just ghosted us and wouldn't respond to request for the $25 and he said he couldn't do it anymore. Had to have a talk with the manager because I know salesmen lie to get their quotes for the week/month. The GM was able to help us get it refinanced to get a lower payment. At first GM acted like he didn't believe us until I showed him text messages between me and the salesman.

I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado there they seem like nice people but all they did was screw me over and lied to me said I needed to have a warranty on the truck before I can be financed later on down through the wash after I made a payment on my vehicle I talked to the finance company and they said that they did not say that well I would call them a bunch of sorry sobs headlines that Tyler Gray he's one xxxx of a piece of xxxx and the finance lady she's not any any better and the paperwork has four different days on it the revenue department couldn't even figure it out actually they just went with the highest state was on the paperwork it said do they even know what they're doing down there on top of it they suck me out of my truck and then screwed me for another $3,500 if you see them on the freeway Superior Dodge Chevrolet they're all the same I would just keep on driving don't get wound up in something like I did and then on top of it they tried to get into my business about my title of my truck they are definitely being sued for fraud and I'm going to push it to the full extent of the law be prepared
