This review should be a -10 but can’t leave that so you get a 1. I took my truck in for an oil change and check fluids and filters. They didn’t check filters I checked when I got home to see if it had been done but both were filthy I ordered and replaced myself. Don’t waste your money take to Russellville.

I am relieved that there are dealerships like Johnson Chevy and salesmen like Brandt Tencleve who made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and answered every question I had. I spoke to Brandt at 10am. By 5pm he had me approved and was shipping my truck overnight to Houston. Truck was bought sight unseen. I had never drove the truck until it arrived and it was exactly as described in their ad (better). He hustled to get all of my paperwork completed and approved. Steady communication throughout the buying process. I had never bought a vehicle online, much less from out of state. What a great experience i had with Johnson Chevrolet.
