I had shocks that were going to be replaced under
I had shocks that were going to be replaced under warranty but the parts were on back order. The service advisor didn’t contact me about part arriving. I waited 6 months and then called them and the shock replacement performed didn’t fix the issue of rear suspension creaking. The service manager, Gary, told me that since I was out of warranty by 3000 miles so he was unable help me. The replacement was not performed during the warranty period was because I was not informed about the arrival of the parts by the service advisor or the parts dept. So rather than having the rear suspension repaired under warranty I’ll have to pay out of pocket. It is difficult to get a hold of your service advisor directly since they can only text you from a shared number and if you use the number of the service department you get sent to a call center or a number that just rings but no one picks up. Overall I was unimpressed with my experience.

WOW!
WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was also pretty amazing. The one I worked with, forgot his name, was super nice, explained a lot, very personable and even gave me a pointer on how to get money back on my trade in vehicle from the previous dealer. Overall a TERRIFIC experience! I bought an Equinox RS EV, it?s sooo smooth and quiet. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you AutoNation Chevy for a wonderful buying experience and a beautiful new car.
