When my wife and I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle we knew what we wanted and were determined to acquire it. We arrived at the dealership with a goal in mind and Nick made it so it was accomplished flawlessly. Not only did Nick assist with getting the trade-in vehicle to the dealership, he even delivered our new vehicle to our home! Nick's dedication to his profession is truly something my family appreciate and highly recommend to anyone!

Amanda Craig was on her phone the entire time I waited at my service advisor’s desk to get my car keys and ignored me needing help. She asked why I was waiting and I said I needed to pick up my car keys to which she did not reply. She got a phone call from my advisor and said my name in the snarkiest comment out loud over the phone and kept repeating it until I finally heard my name. Amanda was the only one open at her desk. She asked the lady who was already being helped if her name was “______” without asking me or making eye contact. I went up to her desk when I heard my first name and asked if she could get the service advisor I was working with. Amanda said “he’s not even here” in the most rude comment, even thought I had been standing at his desk for nearly 10 minutes. She was not helpful or kind at all and did not seem to want to help me. Amanda should have told me that the service advisor was not currently in the office and offered to assist me instead. All I needed was my car keys and a piece of paper, but instead I left with the most rude customer service experience I’ve dealt with and any future services with Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks.
