Slow Customer Service in Service Department
It took to long for someone to help in the service department even tho there were two people standing at the computers. I didn?t get any help until a third person walked in. The place had just opened and I was the second person in line. So bring to busy was not an excuse. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the same thing happened.

Disappointed with
Dropped my car off on Monday with a coolant leak. As of Thursday the service department was not able to provide me with a working diagnosis or an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Was told that they likely would not be able to give me an estimate until the following week. This was unacceptable. I picked my car up, took it to another repair shop, and was in and out the same day.
