Ok service, no loaner or rental reimbursement

Not bashing the dealer, a few other dealers looked at the vehicle without a long term fix. Would prefer to see rental reimbursement as an option; especially after coming in 4 times with appx a month total out of not having a vehicle for for the same fault.
