Very disappointed with Tuscaloosa Chevrolet
I took my car in to have swap a battery out because my engine light was on but in anyway my vehicle stayed at the Chevrolet place from January 15 Martin Luther King birthday up until February 22 and my vehicle was filthy with all all in my material I had a full tank of gas when I got it back I was on empty Know what happened can?t get nobody to call me back or respond to my calls. Call the manager customer service guest no respond. This is just ridiculous even though they gave gave me a loan car, I cleaned a vehicle back out half a tank of gas, so why is my gas gone and my car is filthy with all in my interior footprints are all in my interior all in my floors, dashboard side of the seat. All I want is my clean, my car clean and just tell me why my gas was not in my vehicle when I come there with a full tank of gas and it took them 38 days to fix one thing I bought my car brand new from the Chevrolet please so I took it to the Chevrolet place. They should have everything about the car but I?m glad they got somebody from corporate or whoever they got them from to come down here and program my car and put it back like it?s supposed to be I guess it?s fixed the drive OK but I am not certified with the way my car look even though that my car are 2015 I take very good care of my vehicle , and I?m very disappointed and pissed right now about my car

Very pleased with sales person, Paula and Finance Manager, Stan Galbraith. I ordered the car with the items I wanted on it and they kept me informed weekly of the progress.

It was long but worth it. I was in need of a car mine was wrecked and totaled out but a careless young driver not paying attention a month and 2 days later I got a SUV now thanks to John and Bobby and Stan. John never gave up he knew what I wanted cause he asked me questions and I told him what I was looking for and he called me every time something came in close to it he drove cars to my job so I can look at them and he went way beyond what normal salesman would do to help you but he wasn't giving up till he got me something nice and Bobby and Stan worked there magic to make sure I got it.
