Terrible Service Experience

I have been to Lynch numerous times to get my wife’s Cadillac Escalade EL serviced. I just went Thursday the 27th to have serviced and new tires installed. Waited 2 1/2 hours then is was informed that my vehicle was ready and it was parked out in parking lot with keys in it. Normally they park my vehicle inside the service bay and it was pouring rain. Once I get in my vehicle I sit on the special wheel nut wrench that was tossed in the seat all greased up. Today my wife calls me to let me know the service light/ alert is on. I called the dealership and find out that did not do any service on my vehicle. I was told it was a “misunderstanding “. Well I called ahead and booked the appointment and had the tires ordered to be there in order to have everything done at the same time. I clarified what was to be done when I checked in. Since I have to drive about 25 miles to get to Lynch this was a major issue. Not very happy with this experience. If you take your Cadillac here, be sure Sandra is there. She appears to be the only one that can write up Cadillac service orders . She was out on vacation when I took mine. Taking mine to Sons Chevrolet Cadillac in Columbus to get serviced now!

I wish I could give no stars. I could write a novel on how many issues we've had with these CON ARTISTS. TLDR: Basically they are SCAMMERS who will fix 'issues' and then tell you you're delusional when the check engine light is still on and then tell you YOU'RE a liar when they don't do what they promise. At one point they told me the check engine light was on likely from running over a pot hole, then they turned it off and were surprised when it turned back on???? They had my car for 4 days before even looking at it and then ignored me and belittled me when I told them that it still had issues. We asked for a refund on the diagnostic fee and they originally told us that they would do it and then told us we were lying when we called back with our credit card info. I don't think anyone there knows what they're doing. We even called corporate Chevy and they all tell us different things too. Chevy is a mess, full of people running around like chickens with their heads cut off and ignoring AND belittling you if they don't want to help you. I will NEVER EVER buy a Chevy again and am considering selling the car. At this point I have missed more work because of the car THIS MONTH than I have missed total in the past 6 YEARS and I got the car last year. DO NOT BUY A CHEVY. ESPECIALLY a Chevy Cruze (2012). It was the worst car buying mistake I ever made. Somehow I'm going to lose more money on this car than that one I had that was totaled in an accident. I had a Ford Fusion before this and LOVED it. I will be going back to Ford who is actually nice to their customers if I can manage to sell this car without going into debt (though it may be worth it because this car is bad for my mental health). Please heade my warning and at least go to a different dealership if you're stuck with a Chevy like me.

Terrible service deparment

Needed a fuel sending unit replaced in my 87 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe and also the belts were making a little noise on startup. This is a very clean car with 60xxx original miles. They replaced the fuel sending unit and told me I needed a new power steering pump, I picked the car up and within 2 days, the sending unit stopped working again. I took it back to them, they confirmed it was the sending unit and initially told me I would have to pay for the labor of putting a new one in again. I told them I wasn't going to do that and would just go somewhere else. The service manager Josh said he would see what he could do. Called me back the next day and said they would take care of it. A few days later, I went and picked the car back up. Once I got it home, I noticed the trunk key was missing. I called Josh back to let him know and he said he would look for it. I also took the car to a different shop (non dealer) to have the belts seen about. This shop said the power steering pump was fine, it was just the belts that needed adjusting. It's been about a month now and the belts are quiet and I still, after repeated calls, do not have my trunk key. The dealership will not take responsibility for losing my key. Never do business with these folks.
