The seller guy was very kind and helpful at all the time.
The seller guy was very kind and helpful at all the time. He was very attentive and patient. However the process with all documentation wasn’t what I was expecting. I have received my license plate directly to my home in all my prior car purchases but this time they just sent me an email that I have to go to the commissioner and pay for my plate to get it. They send me the email on Thursday noon and the office doesn’t work on Saturday and the provisional plate expires on Sunday. Monday is holiday so I can’t drive my because the provisional plate expired when I got time to go. This is unacceptable in my opinion. So I recommend to be alert on this as the fee that they don’t pay for your plate (usually all dealership pay for that). I replied the email I received with that information and they never answered it. I just received a call to my voice massage without any resolution on this. I would recommend to the dealership keep an eye on this and I’m pretty sure you guys can do better. Thank you
