The 2023 Cadillac XT5 is a luxury compact SUV that seats five passengers. Maximum cargo capacity is 63 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down.
Three trims are available: Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport.
The XT5 is powered by a standard 235-hp, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, while all-wheel drive is available. The more powerful 310-hp, 3.6-liter V-6 engine is still available with the same drivetrain options. The XT5 utilizes a “twin-clutch” design for the all-wheel drive system that allows torque power to be transferred to either the front or rear wheels. The rear drive unit can be disconnected for FWD to improve fuel efficiency.
