Luxury better than Benz or BMW

This car is more spacious than X3 and at a lesser price. I really like the comfortable ride, spacious interiors and the price which is lower than other luxury cars.

Very comfortable for long road trips with the family. We have owned several GM vehicles, But the XT5 is by far the most comfortable vehicle he have owned.

Too many electrical PROBLEMS,BAD car

by dmorales29 from miami fl | May 27, 2020

The locks dont work. you either get locked out or locked in. There is no way to open the car, not via onstar not even manually, the car stays like that for hours and days at a time. When you go to the dealer they cant find what is wrong with it. It is an intermittent problem, but even when you arrive at the dealer and they duplicate the problem, they dont fix it. GM tells you you are on your own, to go to service to get it fix. Not a good car, not a good company, do not recommend it at all. Buy from another make.

2019 Cadillac XT5 Overview

The 2018 Cadillac XT5 is a luxury compact SUV that seats five passengers. Maximum cargo capacity is 63 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down.

Four trims are available: the base model, Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Platinum.

It is powered by a 310-hp, 3.6-liter V-6 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, while all-wheel drive is available. The XT5 utilizes a “twin-clutch” design for the all-wheel drive system that allows torque power to be transferred to either the front or rear wheels. The rear drive unit can be disconnected for FWD, in order to improve fuel efficiency.
