Both engines work with a 10-speed automatic transmission. For even greater performance, there’s also a new CT5-V Blackwing, which is powered by a 668-hp, supercharged 6.2-liter V-8.
Competitors include the BMW 3 Series, Genesis G70 and Audi A4. The CT5 has 13.3 cubic feet of trunk space, according to Cars.com’s cargo measurements.

Should I Buy the 2022 Cadillac CT5? The Cadillac CT5 offers a driving experience that’s relaxed and refined, with sportier trim levels delivering a higher degree of performance. While the cabin is an improvement over previous Cadillac sedans, there are some areas that still look low-grade, and the trunk is on the small side. The availability of all-wheel drive is a plus, however, as is the car’s large backseat.
