Terrible Service Department. I have had personal items disappear from my car on two separate occasions while being serviced at this dealership. Brand New Escalade IQ, Sport II, paid Cash, Seat Head Rest were broken when delivered. Salesman never mentioned it, and I had it with the Service Department for a month getting the clear shield, and a so-called service check. They were aware of the recall, but never said anything until I complained. Recall took forever to get in. When it finally came in, I asked to do the recall at another dealership. The parts department called me to ask if I wanted to schedule a new appointment in October, but I asked to have my parts shipped to Larson. Both the other dealership and I called to get the parts that were ordered for my vehicle sent to my new dealership, but it never transpired. One of several terrible interactions with this dealership. I kept all his texts to show the length and substance of our interactions.

We recently purchased a new 2025 OPTIQ from Brotherton Cadillac NW. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular, Cindy Ortega, who was our sales representative. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions throughout the sales process. Our interactions with Johnny/Sales Mgr. Pippin/Finance and Billy/Parts Dept were all productive. My Wife and I have purchased eight new vehicles together over the years and we recognize Competence. (total of Fourteen for myself) We have High Regards for the Brotherton Org.

Geno Lukata is the best! He was wonderful to work with, patient, professional, and kind. He made purchasing my Cadillac Escalade smooth and stress free. Highly recommend – he has a customer for life!
