Customers beware.

Customers beware. 2020 Cadillac XT5 premium luxury. The rear wiper blade would stick. Found that the arm also would not follow the contour of the window. I was told that they would have to take the spoiler off to get to the arm and replace it. I was told that it was bent. They had to order the part. When I got home I found on the Cadillac forum a guy with the same problem. I performed the instructions. I was able to take the wiper arm off and was able to reach the nut under the spoiler with no problem. Remove the arm, found that the hinge needed to be oiled and worked out until free. The arm was not bent or bad wiper . is working perfectly. I am extremely disappointed because I had received a call after nine days when the part came in from the dealership, I told them I had already fixed it. They were requesting over $400 plus .It was going to be split with the extended warranty . I had never had my extended warranty split.. We have the premium extended That was through Shoreline Cadillac. It indicated that if the part is covered, the installation is covered so I do not know why they are trying to tell me that it needs to be split. I have never had extended warranty split. Ever since Cadillac has a separate building from the GM building this is when this problem started.I may have to start looking for another place to have my work done on my car since the warranty is going to expire soon.

They refused to submit my legitimate warranty claim to GMC, they then installed the driveshaft seal incorrectly causing it to fail again within a month. Shameful.

We bought a 2025 Optiq.

We bought a 2025 Optiq. Our sales experience with Jameson was great and his manager Keith was a “straight shooter”. No high pressure tactics which we appreciated. We recommend this dealership without reservation especially after two bad experiences with two other (not GMC) dealerships while we were shopping. And, we love our beautiful new car!
