Cadillac of Bellevue exceeded our expectations throughout the purchase of our new Lyriq. We had a few special requests and our sales representative, Andy Hong, listened deeply to us and went out of his way to meet wow us and deliver exactly what we needed. As a woman buyer, I’ve grown used to unpleasant experiences in car dealerships, but not at Cadillac of Bellevue! To our surprise, we even had the pleasure of Andy introducing us to the dealership owner, Maria Smith, who greeted us warmly and shared her family’s extraordinary journey to be one of the top dealerships in Washington and perhaps the leading dealership for Cadillac EVs in the US. There’s a reason for this performance: hiring great people like Andy, creating a culture of dignity and respect towards customers, and integrity throughout the sale negotiation — of this on top of selling high quality performance vehicles. have to state, up front, I am a bit ashamed to write this review. My wife is a prosecutor in San Diego and I am a criminal defense attorney. We see the worst that the human race has to offer on a daily basis. I was very uncomfortable purchasing a car online and sight unseen. I was very skeptical every step of the way during the purchase of our 2025 Optiq and did everything in my power to take every precaution, as we assumed the worst was going to occur and took prophylactic steps to protect ourselves and our funds. I could not have been more wrong. Cadillac of Bellevue had the exact configuration of the vehicle we were looking for. The only other Optiq that came close was in Orange County and that Cadillac dealer gave us the run around and lowballed our trade so we started our search which led us to the State of Washington, over a thousand miles away from San Diego. David, our salesman and Ali, the finance manager could not have made the transaction any smoother than they did. They both indulged my insecurities and worked with me to allay my concerns. Most importantly, the deal we negotiated from Cadillac of Bellevue--even with the transport to San Diego County--was demonstrably better than that which we were able to negotiate with our local dealer or the dealer in Orange County. I would recommend this dealership, generally, and David and Ali, specifically, without hesitation. My wife and I applaud them with both hands.

A big thank you to Danny Hyatt, a young man who did a tremendous job selling us a XT6. He was patient and kind with each and every question and facilitated the finance and service department for extras. Delivery to our house across the state was seamless and we are extremely pleased!
