No Exterior and interior cleanliness was done even all-was checked as done. The tiny waiting room was crowded. I forgot my coupon so I couldn't take advantage. I would be great if you had i system showing the coupons available for costumers.

Got my first free oil change, tire rotation, inspection
Got my first free oil change, tire rotation, inspection and also a recall that I wasn't aware of done by Sherman Chevrolet mobile service. Came to my house on a cold day, did the work in my garage. I was extremely impressed with this service. I could watch the guys, ask questions of John and Caleb from the comfort of my home. I personally have never had good service from any dealership in the past. NEVER! There is always a first and they exceeded expectations. I recommend this service, especially the mobile service! Hope future service calls will be just as pleasant. As complicated as these new vehicles have become. I am sure more will be required.
