Nothing but positives to say about this establishment. Ms. Lupita's customer service was nothing short of spectacular; she responded to every single one of my texts and emails within minutes. While her manager's response time was not nearly as stellar, we were able to reach an agreement that was amicable to both parties. My new (to me) Challenger SRT8 is enroute to my driveway in MN from San Angelo, TX as I write this. Would I buy from this dealer again and/or recommend them to friends and family? That's a big fat YEAH, YOU BETCHA!!

I had a bad experience with a used car dealership in a neighboring town so I came to Randall Motors with lots of questions and a suspicious outlook. My salesman, Joseph Rowe, took time to answer my questions and belay my doubts. The whole team worked together to ensure I would be able to drive home in a lovely, gently used Cadillac SUV. I appreciate all of them!
