Extremely Disappointing Experience with Central Houston Cadillac Central Houston Cadillac is, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Frankly, it is hard to understand how a dealership with such poor standards is entrusted with representing a premium brand—especially for a flagship vehicle like the 2026 Escalade IQ. I purchased my Escalade IQ for well over $155,000 on August 29, 2025, expecting a level of professionalism, honesty, and customer care befitting a luxury purchase. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. At delivery, my wife requested a simple bow on the vehicle for a photo. Surprisingly, the dealership claimed they had none and promised to deliver one to my home. That promise was never kept, and no explanation was ever provided. More concerning, the entertainment headphones that are supposed to come with the vehicle were never delivered. I am still waiting for a clear answer as to why. Additionally, the vehicle’s built-in internet service stopped working after just three months—despite being told at the time of sale that it was covered for three years. To make matters worse, I recently received notice from General Motors regarding three recall issues. Over the past week, I have made multiple attempts to schedule a service appointment, only to be met with repeated assurances that “someone will call you back.” No one ever does. This pattern of misinformation and neglect is unacceptable. Their customer service is easily the worst I have encountered. Even something as basic as securing a loaner vehicle after dropping off an expensive car feels nearly impossible. I deeply regret not purchasing this vehicle from Sewell Cadillac of Houston. My experiences with Sewell Mercedes-Benz of West Houston have consistently been exceptional and stand in stark contrast to the treatment I’ve received here. Alfredo & William were my sales agents. @GeneralMotors and @CentralHoustonCadillac — I am still waiting for my entertainment headphone sets, resolution around the car internet and I urgently need the recall issues addressed. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be submitting a formal complaint to GM in the coming days. A luxury vehicle deserves luxury-level service. Very disappointed in customer service. Had problem with deteriorating tires within 3 months of purchasing new car, and manager seems to think it's my problem. Can't get them to return my calls... not happy!
