My wife and I had a good experience with Bayway Cadillac
My wife and I had a good experience with Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands last week. Our Sales Rep Priscilla was very helpful and respectful. The dealership worked with us on a fair selling price before we drove 2 hours to their dealership. When we arrived, there were no surprises after looking the car over, only the necessary paperwork with finance manager Hoyuky before taking delivery. I would buy from them again!

BEWARE.
BEWARE. Do not sign papers with this dealership. Be care to not wire money to them. Check you bill carefully; they add in fake fees “PRO PACK” etc. Possible scam. Gave them a trade in and cash for a new vehicle and they have not delivered or provided ETA for 5 days now.

Avoid
Very disappointed, drove a very long way from home hoping to be able to negotiate for a vehicle I really considered. I would ask salesmen Henry Dent if he could in anyway help me get a different value for my trade in and the answer was just straight “ nope”. That just told me they didn’t want my business and that i wasnt welcomed to even look at the cars they had for sale.I’d rather take my business somewhere else and speak with someone that actually is motivated to sell me a car.
