Do not waste your time.
Do not waste your time. TLDR. Wasted 4+ Hours buying a car over 2 visits because they had software issues and left me waiting. Full story. Negotiated deal over email/text. Agreed on numbers. Advised at 2PM on a Monday I would be there at 4:30PM same day. Arrived at 4:29PM. Many saw my wife drop me off meaning I had no way home in theory. Advised I had obligations at 6:30PM. I was told it was no problem. Told car wasn't on site but could still do paperwork. Fine. Filled out credit app. Waited. At 5:20 PM I was still waiting. I advised again I had obligations. Told no problem. At 5:45PM I was first advised they had software issues. I told them I would have to come back and would 10AM be okay the next day. They open at 8AM. I was told that would be great. I paid for an Uber back home. On Tuesday I was told around 9AM that 10:30AM would be better. Works for me. I arrive at 10:30AM with my wife (car is for her), kid and Mother in law ( she was in town). We wait.....and wait. Car is brought up. Looks ok. We wait. After 50 minutes brought into finance. I sign my name to one form . Finance person leaves. They return after about 10 minutes and state they still have software issues but I can take the car and they can figure it out later. Nope. At this point they have done nothing to prove they know what they are doing. My problem? They have the ONLY car in the state of Texas that meets what we want with color, trim and features (Nimbus, Premium Sport and AWD). We are done...leave again. Three days later on Saturday they lower the price. State they can do it all online and deliver the car. I agree. They added a $700+ GPS tracker to the finance paperwork that was NOT listed on the car when I inspected it. The agreed upon payment was correct though so easy to miss. I inquire and they state it is not actually on the car and remove the line item. Car delivered. Missing card key and debris between window tint and window I missed earlier. Following Wednesday I call the dealership to get these items addressed. I was told the tint guy is there everyday at 8AM. I advise I will be there at 9AM just to give them time. I arrive at 8:50 AM and get a text from my salesman at the same time saying it can't be done today. I am already here..... They then state they can't do the tint and don't have a key card. For the 3rd visit in a row they failed to both perform anything and respect my time. I arrived on time every time. I am going to pay to get the tint fixed. I paid them $400 (as it was already on the car) but do not have any faith in them at this point. I will have to return for the key card and then hope to never return to this place again.

Fantastic experience. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, kept in contact and even videotaped the car I was interested in. Smooth sailing! Prepped my car with a wash and full tank of gas's.
