Horrible Service
Took my outback in for an airbag recall. They tell me once I arrive they don't have the airbag and had to send someone all the way to Bristol to get it (add another hour to my time). Then once finished, they left a screw in my cup holder and I had to take it back! So much for a recall! The management in the service department is awful-save yourself and go elsewhere!!
