WORST EVER dont fall for their lies

They lie to you and are deceitful.........Promise you free oil changes and tire rotation for life .....Tire rotations have an additional fee and they make you wait over 3 hours for an oil change

Came in because of a recall on passenger airbag. When they finished went to truck and noticed a crack in dashboard around airbag that was replaced. Went back in and ask service rep if come look at truck with me. Showed him crack and he said he noticed it when he put tag on keys and forgot to mention it because we were talking. He was talking, not me. He never looked toward passenger side. I told him I cleaned truck 3 days before and it wasn’t there. He said GM didn’t cover repairs on recalls. Ended up talking to his manager. He introduced me and said the crack was already there. When he closed the door I told manager that wasn’t true. Told him the crack was done done during repair to the air bag and his employee did tell the truth. He gave me same response, not responsible for damages done during recall repairs. Ask him was there a fix for problem. He said no. Told him I wouldn’t be back . Yes, there is a fix, cost about $150 to $200. Can’t believe the xxxx poor service and that they would treat someone that bought the truck from them in such a disrespectful manner. My question is how can you not be responsible for damages done under recalls or repairs. Plain pitiful dealership.
