Horrible customer service, period. Left 5 messages for service manager and one for general manager. Not until I left a message with the owner of the dealership did I get a return call.
New car repair issues.

Bad customer service. Bought a new car . The front light stopped working.
Called to get it fixed and was treated rudely.
They wouldn't let me speak to the owner.

We bought three new Buick and a Cadillac over the past four years. Jim Hudson Buick/Cadillac gave us the best car buying experience ever, each time. Our salesperson, Tony, always ensures that each car buying experience is a pleasure. Rick and Neil, in the service department, are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The new facility is also very nice. We'll always come back to this dealership.
