Nothing but lies to their costumers. They dont take blame for their faults and want to say it was like that when it came in

It was nice talking with you on Saturday April 10 about your 2005 Cadillac CTS with 256,000 miles, which you towed to the Dealership. It is our goal to take care of every one of our valued customers and we certainly want to make you a satisfied customer. I shared with both of you on Sat, that I would interview the technician and get back with you. I had a chance to interview the technician on Tues April 13th and called you that evening and left a message. As I spoke with Mr. Eyer today on the phone, I shared that your vehicle would not start and had to be pushed by hand into the Dealership. The dead battery problem was fixed with a new battery. A defective ground and two of four positive connections were found to be defective at the fuse box under the hood. Mr. Eyer showed me that he had pulled the relay and hot-wired the car to jump start it, which may have had something to do with your ECM not working. No additional work was performed on your car and it was pushed out and parked. I thoroughly reviewed with Mr. Eyer all the details and the work performed on your behalf during our phone call. Worse place drove my Cadillac cts parked iit at the parts area parking put key and information in key drop which thier cameras got me doing so when they were done Diagnosing it needed a battery ok i ok'd they put a 75.00 battery in it charged 175 plus 35.00 to put in.they called and said itll 115.00 when we went to pay they changed it to 325 when i came to pick it up drivers side window was down plastic over it key in the ignition its in neutral no power to anything when. Starter relay is missing and a few square fuzes are cracked along with 2 other relays we brought it in everything had power and worked except for the ignition biggest rip off dealership i will be contacted my attorney
