Every time I ask to schedule a maintenance appointment is takes a minimum of 3 weeks and if I need a courtesy car it takes longer. They overcharge for service. The told me i needed a new radiator on a 2023 XT5 and charged me $2,000. Only after I complained di they lower the price. I was in the marlet for a new car but decided against Rohrich because of their terrible service.

Service was excellent oil change new tires and alignment was all done professionally and washed my car in and out

Car was taken care of in a timely manner and Noah (for being the "newest" Service Advisor) was totally professional, caring and kind. He explained everything so that I could understand why these services were being done on my Cadillac.
