Hill Cadillac in Newtown Square is the absolute worse

Hill Cadillac in Newtown Square is the absolute worse customer service car dealer I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure to deal with. Do yourself a favor and give your hard earned money to a different place when buying a car or taking it in for service.

Service experience was anything but good. 3rd party stereo was installed in the vehicle years ago and had been working fine until recently. Took it to Hill and they tried to resolve the issue. I was told it was the amplifier (after Hill had conferred with a 3rd party car stereo shop) and would cost $ 1,700 to repair. I gave them the OK to fix and once they had put the amplifier in the car still nothing with the sound was working. Next, I was told that they did not know what else to do to fix the problem! So, after arguing with the manager, they cut the bill in 1/2 and charged me $893 for something they couldn't fix. Not to mention they had my car for almost 2 weeks. I would never use them again for anything unless stuck in a position where I just had no other choice, and I still don't believe they actually had the nerve to charge me 1/2 the bill and fixed nothing. Pretty pissed off right now....

Hello Bob, thank you for your review. We are sorry that your after-market stereo is still not working. We agreed to the original repair and split the bill since it did not work. We did not install the after-market stereo in your Cadillac so we are not completely familiar with it. Was very disappointed with Hill Cadillac today they had my car for a week and when I got it back it was dirty and had anti freeze on my back floor and just gave me paper towels for it to clean up
