Took my 2019 Traverse in for oil change.
Took my 2019 Traverse in for oil change. Told service guy about something loose in the front end. This was same issue as I had on previous appointment that was not fixed. So second try. This time I'm told that the struts are blown out. Not in stock so has to order and schedule another appointment. So I bring car back and request a shuttle home. Only problem going home was driver's phone ringing over and over. Asking him can he pick up this guy and that guy. So car gets fixed took all day. Shuttle picks me up and right away he tells me he has another pick up. But we're stuck in traffic. So he calls in to get them to get Uber for other person. They tell him I see what I can do and get back to you. They never did, so he went out the way to get them soon as he gets on their street here comes Uber driving by. So wasted half hour. Total lack of communication. When we arrive at dealership customer service tells me I owe $53.00. I was like for what? I was told this was covered under my extended warranty. The lady tells me " well I need the keys back sir". Then she tells me she getting the manager. I told her go ahead and that if I had known I had a $53 copay I would have brought money with me. So manager comes out tells me he called his boss to see what they could do. Now crickets, they haven't done anything but blow me off. I'll think twice about going back. Whether for service or to purchase a vehicle. I am a long time customer. Bought two new vehicles from Jeff Yates. This dealership definitely has communication issues. And the lady at customer service could have worked with me instead of threatening to call manager and demanding my keys back over a piddly $53.00. Ridiculous, do better.
