I want to give Thomas, Service Manager a shout out today. I was working with a customer service who was very nice and what I thought was a two hour appointment said it would be five hours. I shared I'm working and can't wait that long for a diagnoses for my horn. Thomas was sitting next to him working on something and hopped in and took my car immediately to the off site service area, put my car first in line and brought it back in one and a half hours and told me they will order the part and off I went. That level of service was so appreciated. I'd just bought my car a month ago. Keep up the superior customer service, Thomas.

Bought a used van from here, request to know what work
Bought a used van from here, request to know what work was done to it, they said they couldn’t to to services closed for the day, I received it a week later to find out they don’t not do any work on it. They used basic tricks to make it ok to view and test drive until I left the lot. The van starts up and makes a nasty sound, the shocks are bad the “new” tire won’t stay full. I was totally tricked and lied too. Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you

Avoid This Dealership – A Nightmare Experience I purchased a vehicle from CoP Canyon in April 2024 with an extended warranty, only to discover it wasn’t accepted by major Cadillac dealerships in WA—despite assurances it would be. Forced to return for service in October due to a stretched timing chain (check engine light on day one) and a driver’s headrest falling off (all under 35,000 miles), my car has now been in service for over four months (as of February 2025). The delays keep piling up—a parts shortage, failed repairs leading to a broken water pump and starter, and most recently, being asked to pick up my car after "successful" repairs, only to find it wouldn't start upon arrival. No loaner vehicle was provided for four months due to a "recall backlog." Communication has been abysmal. Requests for repair updates, warranty coverage confirmation, and even basic contact with leadership have been ignored. After being falsely told my loan payment reimbursement was under review, I was simply given a non-working GM customer service number and told to handle it myself. Attempts to escalate have led nowhere—one manager briefly engaged before ghosting me, and the General Manager’s contact information isn’t even available to staff. At this point, legal action seems to be the only way forward. I don’t make this recommendation lightly, but if you're dealing with similar issues, know your rights—and feel free to reach out if you need counsel.
