Bought a truck with them called to speak to my salesman the next day and was told he no longer was with the company. They had me talk to their manager. I stated my questions and problems and was told they would talk to service. When they called back service had completely lied about the problem and I had proof because not only did I have a photo but also had the parts that they said they had removed. Was told oh we will check on that and get back to you no response after calling and asking to speak to someone three different times I still have not had a response. These people clearly are okay with lying when it suits them and are apparently only helpful when you are going to spend money. Definitely don’t do business here if customer service and integrity matter to you.

I decided to bump my search up a couple months after speaking with Chase Tomasi. Chase took the time to show me a truck he had mentioned earlier in the week. Chase is very professional and you hear how companies want you to feel like a friend, he walks the walk. We spent more time talking about everything but the truck, vacations, family, and whatever else came up. The truck sold itself but Chase made sure I saw it. He could have tried to sell me a more expensive truck but he knew I liked the one I bought. Tony made the financing easy and quick. Had a great experience with the Service department. I had an urgent issue and they were very responsive. Fixed the issue and my check engine light problem. They were able to determine what was wrong when another shop failed to, three times! Very happy!
