incompetent service department
I brought my car in for a service appointment that I had booked 11 days prior. Despite having a record of my appointment, no one had bothered to order the parts that were needed. Also, I was told that the original price I was quoted only included labor and that my final cost would be nearly twice the estimate. This was after I had revised my work and family schedule, arranged to have a ride pick me up, etc., and I couldn't even get my car fixed that day. And the man in the service department never apologized, but only chalked it up to a "miscommunication". Fortunately, I was able to book an appointment for a better price at a more competent shop.

Great group to deal with.
Great group to deal with. Had a truck delivered to my door. It was an extremely smooth transaction with good communication. They were helpful throughout the process assisting me with the logistics of purchasing and receiving the truck. They were able to make me feel comfortable with buying a vehicle from out of state sight unseen. Would work with again anytime.
