What a positive experience!
What a positive experience! Moe was wonderful. He didn’t rush the process, and took time to explain everything and the different options available to me. He is a very personable and welcoming man, and made me feel so comfortable! You are lucky to have him as an employee. All the staff I interacted with, or even passed by, were friendly and all had a positive attitude. The receptionist, Sharon, was welcoming and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. Timothy Abrams in Finance was a pleasure to speak with - he was patient, and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve had past experiences at other dealerships where staff were patronizing and I didn’t feel respected or listened to. What a different experience at Trent! I will recommend Moe and the dealership to others.
