One Cursed Cadi
I would give zero stars if I could. On Saturday 6/3/23 I went to look at a 2020 Cadillac XT6. Little did I know this would come to be one of my worst ever decisions. I ended up purchasing this car and was told it would be detailed among other things such as new tires and it had a few blemishes in the paint that I was told would be repaired as well as a few blemishes on the interior that were in need of repair after all it was a CPO so I felt they would do a thorough and legit job & well the CPO was what I felt like was reassuring in buying a car. They told me it would be ready Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Well fast forward to Thursday and I met them to pick it up as I live 2 hours away- this car is in the same condition it was on Saturday except for for new tires. It is leaking coolant and hasn’t been touched however I have the CPO check list that states a 172 point inspection was performed -it’s filthy, and not one thing was completed other than tires & maybe an oil change - upon being delivered my car was on empty as to add insult to injury. The engine bay shows leaky antifreeze and is incredibly nasty. How in the world could this car be a CPO and they gave me the over $2,900.00 repair invoice that Cadillac was billed for - It even has wheel locks on the invoice as well as a wheel lock tool and yet not one wheel lock is on this vehicle. I can only speculate this is just one of many fabricated items on this invoice. The inside is in need of a cleaning as well it appears someone has been driving it for weeks on end & they decided to deliver it. I just ask myself how does a car dealer have a car for 4 days and couldn’t manage to detail it much less service it correctly as to a CPO standard. In short i’ve driven my car approximately 10 miles and it has to go back to a Cadillac dealership for repairs. Beware CPO means nothing to RM. They only want to get you on the chain to buy their car and then can’t follow through with what they say or what’s on the We Owe paper. Much less it appears they’ll fraud their own brand for a buck. I would never recommend you set foot in the dealership much less buy a car from them it’s like tossing your money out the door. King of price, maybe but King of nothing else! Maybe King of over promise, fraud and never tell the truth sounds more accurate. Yes I did call them immediately and well not really any answers just that they’re meeting with the service manager and well at this point that’s not good enough! Seems like I’m already getting the run around within hours of delivery. Terrible experience! The only silver lining is it’s under factory warranty and thank god I bought an extended warranty who knew with hours I would those. Unfortunately that won’t repair the cosmetic issues that I was promised that would be rectified simply because it was a CPO.
