I was ready to purchase my leased vehicle and contacted Pepe Cadillac and spoke to Frank for what was originally just to inquire about possibly purchasing an extended warranty if we decided to purchase our truck. After a lengthy conversation with him, he put me in contact with Mike Lombardo who ultimately ended up helping us with our lease buyout. Mike and Frank went above and beyond to help me complete the transaction in a timely manner. We had an issue with me picking up the truck after it was dropped off to be certified due to a work obligation and after a few phone calls and messages back and forth, Mike offered to bring the car to me with all of the required finance and sale paperwork so that I could sign everything and get my truck back as quick as possible. Frank called me and we went over every aspect of the sale and possible warranty options and then went over all of the finance information before Mike arrived with the truck. Both of these excellent gentleman made this experience very pleasant. I felt they were very upfront with me and answered all of my questions. They did not try to sell me anything I did not want and were not pushy to get me to complete the purchase until I was prepared. I will definitely use Pepe Cadillac in the future as well as other Pepe dealerships because of the experience I had with both Frank and Mike.
