If They Say You Need Brakes, Get A Second Opinion

Every time I come in for an oil change, they are trying to sell me a bill of goods. The entire service operation is very disorganized. My vehicle is never ready on time. I have seen other customers treated poorly. Some employees have inappropriate and vulgar behavior. I feel as though I am only valued as a potential sale. Even though this location is conveniently located for me, I have had one too many bad experiences. I will not be back.
