ZERO, ZERO, ZERO STARS!

ZERO, ZERO, ZERO STARS! Their service department SUCKS! These guys give you the runaround. I had an appointment at 9:30am but decided to call around 8:15am to confirm that they had a loaner car for me in case I needed it, I had requested it 2 weeks prior when I made my appointment, but of course they did not have one for me. I just had a funny feeling that they wouldn't since I had the same problem with them in the past. I was told that Joe the scheduler of loaner cars was going to call me back. I stressed the fact that my appointment was at 9:30 and I needed at least 30 minutes to drive there (it was then 8:15am) to please make it a priority. Needless to say, 9:30 came and went, no call from Joe. I called back to see why he hadn't called me and to tell him that he caused me to miss my appointment. He had the audacity to tell me that he was busy! SMH! COMMON SENSE, if a customer has a 9:30 appointment call her back BEFORE 9:30! Use your head man! Joe told me that they had 50 loaner cars but none were available, that's not saying much for this dealership now does it.? I asked for a manager since I could see that I wasn't going to get anywhere with Joe. I spoke with Lou W. he gave me lots of excuses about loaner cars not being available, etc. So I said to him what are you going to do to rectify the situation should I need to leave my car? Would you get me a rental? He assured me that he would have a better idea of loaner car availability in a few hours (this conversation took place around 9:30am), he said he would call me to let me know when to come in. I told him the earlier the better since this was my day off and I purposely scheduled my appointment for today. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! I called him around 4:30pm - (figuring that he dropped the ball, as expected based on another past experience I had with him) and of course he was gone for the day. I lost my mind! The girl put me on hold and called him to find out what happened. He told her that he told me to come in anytime after 2:00pm - this was a BLATANT LIE! Why would I waste my whole day waiting for a call if I was told that? I asked to speak to the executive manager, of course he was also gone for the day, I left Rob Pennisi a message, let's see if he rectifies the problem. I don't understand how a simple task of scheduling a loaner car two weeks ago as requested at the time I scheduled my appointment could turn into such a circus. DO BETTER PAUL CONTE CADILLAC. This is not a good look.
