Ryan and Drew, we would like to thank you guys for your help in purchasing our new car. You guys have made this a very positive experience especially during this pandemic it was a seamless transaction.
We picked up the car in a timely manner, when we arrived all paperwork was ready for us to sign and all went smoothly.
Drew was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured and explained the whole process clearly. We are very pleased with everything. We feel that we got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. The high level of professionalism and service you guys have provide us; your integrity; and the high reputation of your dealership. I took in my wife's SRX vehicle for an oil change and although that was done, the Service Representative told me that the tire (that I asked only to check to see if it had a nail on it since I noticed a slight air leak) was repaired. In fact, I was charged for the repair costs and I never did give verbal authorization to do so. The tires I had placed the car and any tire repairs were covered by Discount Tires. I would have saved money by going there to take care of the issue! DO NOT do work without proper authorization...and inform your Service Representatives from now on!!!!!!!!!!
