Phone to radio connection issue

I took my car in to have the issue with my phone/radio connection fixed. I was told that the problem of the chime not turning off and the phone locking up was a known problem. They did not have the time to fix it because I was in a hurry to get to work, I would like to have another appointment to have the situation fixed. I cannot answer my phone while I am around my car.
