Tony our service rep is excellent. Works hard for each customer keeping you informed and working with the insurance company. Tony service manager is accessible and very helpful with extenuating circumstances. Jr. in the car loaner department is great. So helpful with the electric car that was my loaner. Nothing but good things to say about Cadillac dealership in Totowa. We purchased both of our cars and will probably purchase again.
