Although the finance guy, Bob, was abrupt and
Although the finance guy, Bob, was abrupt and uncooperative when it came to an issue concerning the use of credit cards to pay the deposit, the experience was otherwise quite positive--particular Ellie Hall, the salesperson. I felt that she was sincerely helpful in guiding me through the sales process and I never felt that she was pushing me or trying to sell me things I didn't want or need.
