To let people know not to buy a car or a service t
The service department was going to change my transmission fluid and give me a special plug that is only sold by Cadillac the price $1250 outrageous I took it to another dealer and it was $144. The part was $44 and the oil and the labor was the rest of the money, do not under any circumstances have any dealings with Holman? I hope you read your bill if you go there very carefully just because you buy a Cadillac doesn’t mean you have to be conned I’m sure older other franchises run the same way.

Sold a car with bent front rims.
Sold a car with bent front rims. The problem was found by another Cadallic dealer one month after the purchase. Has an ongoing issue with the engine light. I thought safety checks were done before a car hit the lot? Very disappointing. I take responsibility as I assumed Holman was top notch as they once were. That is far from the truth. After being a customer of the Holman dealerships for the past 10 years I am sad to say I will never step foot in a Holman dealership again.
