Purchased a 2026 Lyriq - I was treated with respect and genuine attention by the sales team including Vik, the General Manager and my awesome sales representative, Raul Sanchez-Ochoa. Raul was incredibly helpful and patient and covered all options and models and spent a great deal of time on test drives. I visited other dealerships including the other Cadillac dealership in town and this team by far goes above and beyond to provide the highest customer satisfaction.

If you’re going to buy from this dealership…you’d better buy brand new. Anything used will be a polished version with all issues hidden just to make a sale. Smoke and mirrors.. those issues will show within a week of ownership. No integrity from the management here. They do not believe in doing the right thing…its solely about maximizing profits.

What started out as an exciting experience of getting a new Cadillac Escalade for my birthday has turned into a nightmare because of this dealerships and their shipping company. We paid our downpayment and signed papers for my new vehicle 7 days ago and was told it would ship out right after that. One entire week later and my new vehicle is still sitting in Las Vegas and they can not provide us with any kind of timeline so could be another week before we receive it. We have bought and shipped several luxury vehicles and never had anything like this happen. If you are out of state never buy a vehicle from here. This is completely unacceptable especially from a “luxury” dealership. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth about the entire Cadillac franchise. We will stick with Range Rover and Mercedes for now on. I will say our sales rep Allen is at least trying to helpful. His manager Shaun however is extremely unhelpful. Allen should have this guys job or hopefully get recruited at a different dealership that actually cares about their customers.
