Was there to purchase a used Jeep. Went for a test drive and gave all the required info to the salesperson and after few minutes he comes back to tell me that the Jeep was sold to another person. It was sold under me! What a horrible experience. Two good things happened: I got a good deal from the Chevrolet dealer across the street and more important I now know where not to take my two Cadillacs that the leases are due next year that I got from Bellevue Cadillac in Washington. You will never ever get a dime form me, coworkers, family and friends.

Researched car remotely via add and pictures. Made phone calls to express interest. Took one call to get bottom line price and executed the deal. All paperwork completed via fed ex. I flew in and they picked me up at airport and I drove the car home. Who knew buying a car 500 miles away would be so easy. Overall great experience.
