We trust the service department to take care of our Subaru. They review the service history and make sure that we understand what is recommended now as well as what will be coming up for the next time we bring the vehicle in.

The service department is unethical. I took my car in left it in the overnight check in, fill out the paperwork explaining what was wrong. Since it had a coolant leak they cooked the engine. Did an oil change before diagnosing what was wrong with it and then they diagnosed it wrong. I had it hold to a different mechanic due to the high price of what they wanted to fix. It discovered that the initial problem was a hole in one of the radiator hoses. They Diagnosed O rings went out the water and oil mixed completely wrong. They must’ve drove it without putting more coolant in it because. They cook the engine. I’m having to have a different engine put in. The service manager told me the mechanic told him I should put in a new short block. The part they destroyed.
