Great Experiance

Purchased a used car recently, Tom and Jennifer made the process very easy. Being busy with work and kids, they had everything ready to go both when I was coming in to test drive and when I was coming back to trade and sign papers. Loving the new car and will definitely look at Clements again in the future.

We took our car in because the seatbelt buckle was stuck. We were told that the whole seatbelt assembly needed to be replaced at a cost of $750. We did not do the repair and picked up the car. The mechanic ended up breaking the plastic on the buckle. We were able to get the buckle out by unscrewing the plastic cover. We have had our vehicle at Clements multiple times with subpar and sometimes unnecessary repairs. We will not bring our vehicle in again.
