New car manager did not honor the sale price he
New car manager did not honor the sale price he personally emailed me after we arrived at the dealership We did not get the window sticker. The salesman said he would mail it. He emailed a copy of the sticker not the original. He quit answering my inquiries. I have bought many new luxury vehicles this was not a pleasant experience

HI Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. As I explained to you while you were here we actually gave you a price that was lower than the initial quote you received via email. In regards to the window sticker we did provide you with a copy when you requested it. Because this vehicle originated from a different Cadillac dealership I cannot order a replacement window sticker for you. I have been in communication with the other dealership who has assured me they will provide me with a copy but I have yet to receive it from them. Key Cadillac salesman and staff, specifically the
Key Cadillac salesman and staff, specifically the Anthonies (sales and finance), were very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated their assistance and patience in the coordinating the payment process. I was a little disappointed in the detailing team, hence the lower rating. I feel that a little more attention could have been paid to the “hidden” areas: shocks and frame around the cargo area, , under the seats, blue liquid dried on side if 3rd row seat, etc. In addition, a minor dent was not disclosed and I didn’t notice until on the way home. I don’t know if it would have affected my decision, but if Key Cadillac wishes to expand their used auto sales, these little extra steps would help to impress buyers and increase recommendations.

I recently purchased a car from ELDON MCNEILLY.
I recently purchased a car from ELDON MCNEILLY. He was a wonderful salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. He was patient with me and getting my paperwork together and it was all over a wonderful experience. He told me the in and out of my car, how to use my OnStar how to do everything that I had questions or might have questions in the future. He also gave me his card for any questions I may have later. ELDON is absolutely awesome and a very big plus to the Key Cadillac team.
